Patricia Clendening Buzzerio is a Contemporary American Artist, born 1965. She has been exhibiting work for over 25 years. Her work is in private collections throughout North America and abroad.
Patricia’s abstract paintings blend rich colour harmonies with essential elements of place. Her work finds it’s strength in expressive brushstrokes and build-up of texture using oil bars and oil paint. Key elements of her art are playful colour combinations and visual simplicity.
Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Minnesota, a Masters Degree from Chapman University and additionally, she has received additional art training at several schools.
As a young girl growing up in Minnesota, her respect for and appreciation of nature heavily influence her work. Her early love of nature has become a reoccurring theme in her playful landscapes.
Patricia has made her home in Europe, both coasts of the US, as well as her beloved Midwest. While living in southern France, she started painting with oils to capture the crystal bright sunlight and rich verdant landscapes. Patricia lives in Wassenaar, The Netherlands.
She accepts commissions and works with clients to create expressive, meaningful pieces of art.
